The following cost and turn around time quotes are estimates. It is possible that they be adjusted based on the scope of the specific product investigation. The following applies to the scenario of shipping a sample of the product to us for in house testing and report generation. The following would not apply for travel and/or consulting work.  When you provide us with specific information and details of your product, we will provide you an accurate cost and turn around time quote:

3. CDRH Supplemental Report
Cost = $1,800.00
Turn around time 72 hours 

4. CDRH Annual Report
Cost = $1,000.00
Turn around time 72 hours

5. CDRH Variance Report
Cost = $1,000.00
Turn around time 72 hours

6. CDRH Defect/Non Compliance Report
Cost = $1,000.00
Turn around time 1 week.

7. CDRH Exemption Report
Cost = $1,000.00
